Highland Park, IL photographer Robert Tolchin has been shooting commercial and fine art photography for over 30 years. A second generation photographer and graduate of the fine art photography program at Columbia College Chicago, his commercial work takes him from corporate boardrooms to hospital operating rooms, while his fine art photography runs from film-based, traditional black and white photography to conceptual, computer enhanced imagery. His commercial work has appeared in hundreds of magazines, advertisements, websites and corporate annual reports; his fine art has been exhibited widely and hangs in corporate and private collections worldwide.
Having taught photography at the college level, in addition to his assignment and personal photography, Tolchin mentors emerging photographers, conducts workshops and is available for individual consultation.
